I registered with my GP here, the situation is really bad because my illness relapsed, I tried to go get medicine or prescription but they didn't give me medicine, so I wanted to ask? Is the NHS really fair to me. I went to ask for a letter from my GP for £30 to make a bank card to confirm with the bank, they only gave me a copy and the bank didn't agree, I went back to the hospital begging a lot but they only gave me a copy and the bank refused me and I also lost £30, that's not fair to me, I hope the family hospital doesn't discriminate against others like I experienced thanks

Had Dr appointment, wher he proscribed me some medication, said it will be ready ( sent off to my pharmacy) within next 10 minutes. Went to pharmacy, and they said that prescription haven't been sent through.
Still nothing next day. When I came to Central clinic the next day, the lady at the reception desk, said that doctor haven't proscribed me anything, there is nothing on my file. Very unprofessional.

Doctors aren’t too bad if you ever actually get round to seeing one. The rude receptionist on the other hand who can’t seem to do her job correctly in the form of mixing up results for my two sons! Disgusting place I honestly don’t know why they bothered re opening after vivid because the entire building is a joke.

Was very happy here with Dr Jivanjee and lovely front desk team. However new GP unhelpful and argumentative, recently had major surgery and one of the doctors in hospital said to call my GP and discuss some results to have further tests, I booked a telephone appointment and when he called I was told it's not for me to raise anything and he wouldn't discuss it with me any further? I tried to explain but he was having none of it, in the end i said forget it. Going back to my old GP further away!

My wife requested an appointment on my behalf which was made for today 30/07/2021) upon arriving I was informed that it was a telephone consultation, (this appointment was made 3 weeks ago for a face to face consultation) at no stage when booking my wife was told that it would be a telephone call, had she been told it was going to be a telephone call I would NOT have waited 3 weeks for an appointment,I would have requested it alot sooner.
Also the unprofessionalism shown to me by a receptionist, I was booking in with the girl behind the desk, when the said receptionist came across stating" I was the one that booked the appointment and said it would be a telephone call" her manarism left a lot to be desired. Being this appointment was booked 3 weeks ago how she could recall this specific appointment and that she had allegedly informed my wife that it was a telephone call is anyone's guess? Of course the question arises why would I wait 3 WEEKS a for a telephone consultation? I am left really dismayed and disappointed with what has happened, that unfortunately is becoming a regular reoccurrence.
This is not the first time I have had issues with the reception area, which it’s importance can never be understated. The area badly lets down the whole of the practice. As regarding G.P care I have never had an issue, I have always found Dr Safdar caring compassionate and understanding, and consider him an outstanding doctor.

We visited today and saw one of the Dr's in room 3, we believe her name was Dr. Nikki. We had a wonderful experience with her and she was one of the most respectful, helpful and understanding doctors we have ever seen. We have visited other doctors here previously and had bad experiences that left us worrying about returning. But she was wonderful and we are devastated that she is leaving in a weeks time. We hope that she is successful in her endeavors as she has helped us more in 20 minutes that anyone has helped us in 2 years.

Waste of time. Doctor Safdar doesn't care about his patients. It's a nightmare to get an appointment. Even when the 111 service advised that they call me they didn't, I had to chase 3 times during the day and still didn't get the speak to the doctor. I was told I was on a waiting list for something which didn't get processed for 2 and half years! Doesn't deserve one star but Google doesn't let you give 0...

super rude doctor!! hospital telling me one thing and the doctor telling me another and laughed in my face.
I've been to this doctors 3 times for the same thing and there not taking me seriously. bunch of wollys. I'll be glad when I move doctors!! being judged. rude and completly unprofessional! refusing to refere me back to the hospital even though I've been told by other professions to do so for more test. doctor thinks she was gods gift don't know where she's going by judging me. so so rude!! couldn't wait to get out of there.
as for the reception, walking around with no shoes on and toes out, walking around reception area and to the other rooms. i was sitting there waiting to be seen and hearing the staff talk to the paitent the way i heard it, damn straight rude. your a receptionist- pipe ya self down a little bit.
