Absolutly shocking surgery. I understand theres a strain on the nhs but there has to be better system than this. I've had my medication appointment cancelled AFTER the appointment time. When trying to book in with the nurse for women issues I was told call at 8am even tho it's not an emergency I just really need to see the nurse. Last time I was in there the receptionisnt and dr were stood slagging off another staff member for calling in sick. Maybe less slagging off would allow for more time with patients, but what do I know.

Absolutely rubbish! You never get any appointments, the new receptionist is rude and talks over you. I have been called at sharp 8 AM for a telephone consultation and they seem to have โ€œrun outโ€ of appointments at 8AM! My medication is finished and I donโ€™t know what to do anymore since I am unable to find a dr to speak to!! Better change surgeries like everyone else registered at Dudley wood seems to be doing!

Since I joined this surgery I've been looked after pretty well by everyone.however I'm still waiting for doctors to sort my knees out been waiting 6+months so far and not a word about it.
Staff on desks have lovely attitudes and so helpful towards you.just wish they would follow up to check if letters were sent or forwarded to hospitals for appointments as I've been waiting around 10yrs with knee issues to date and it's hurting more and more as the weeks go on now.
Also doctors are nice there too.

Special Measures. About time. ๐Ÿ™‚ Maybe something will change now and you'll get your act together.

It's lovely that you can get me in today for a flu jab, but if I need to see you for anything else, then it's a two and a half week wait. Unfortunately I have a job which means I can't join the queue at 8 am to sort an appointment like everyone else. You have the option to make it possible to book appointments online, but you're refusing to move with the times as you have your favourites who you prefer to have appointments. Recently I required an appointment, was unable to call at 8am due to work, reception staff said they'd send email to the GP and their admin and I'd hear back. Guess what? I never heard back.

It's glad that you've vaccinating everyone for flu though.

Unless you're elderly or extremely young, you won't get an appointment at this practice.

Terrible surgery!!!!! Needs shutting down!! Receptionist with brown hair and glasses is the most rude vile woman I've ever met. They don't care about the patients at all. Don't give you repeat prescriptions, it doesn't matter if you get really unwell they do not care

Useless... The doctor kelsi is nice and comparative but the receptionist are absolutely rubbish. Some time for immediate inquiry or appointment they don't have time to listen. Rude, angery and misbehaving is the first priority. I don't know why I have this kind of surgery. I'm just thinking about to change

Never any appointments available unless you ring at 8am otherwise its around a 3 week wait! Ringing at 8, you have to endure the long message over and over.
The receptionist with the blonde hair and glasses is lovely very friendly and efficient but the other girl not so much, doesn't seem to know what she's doing!
I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone

This is my mums surgery. Terrible service, again today having waited 2 weeks for face to face appointment. Got a phone call and cut off. At 4pm she went up there, no GP at the surgery so no results. Now can see the nurse in a week? To discuss. We are all worried and want answers. I phoned to make an official complaint as this has happened for the 3rd time at least now. Was 7th in the queue, never got through and its now shut. As a nurse myself I really wonder what has happened to our NHS The adverts about seeing a doctor if concerned about health? Donโ€™t sit and worry? I am so fed up with her surgery.

Go up
