Having moved to this practice about 2 years ago because I was so frustrated with my last practice I can only say it was the best thing I ever did!!
I can not fault the care and support this practice offers. If I need an appointment for myself or my family I am greeted on the phone by a really pleasant and helpful team of receptionists which seem to always get an appointment same day whether that phone call or face to face. Repeat prescription are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The only thing I don't understand is if this practice can get it right why can't all the others.

Had an appointment, arrived there to be told it had been cancelled, no calls or messages to let me know, a morning off work and a wasted journey and my time, nobody gives a toss, its different when its the other way round you get bombarded with reminder messages!! disgraceful!!
Id leave a ZERO if i could !!

This doctors were great but the last time I went doctor made me feel like I was wasting her time and just didn't listen to me sent me for some tests just to get rid of me ?thought I'd have a phone call to talk through results but nothing so feel like they just not interested

Always a warm greeting on the phone. Polite tone of voice goes a long way when you're poorly. Phone appointment same morning, face to face same morning too. Dr Ahmed is wonderfully warm and genuinely caring. Love how every detail is explained to us. I'm so grateful to belong to Northway surgery. Thank you so much. X

My husband and I joined the surgery in February 2023 because of poor service elsewhere. We wished we had done this years ago. The service from reception to face to face with Dr Ahmed has been second to none. His manner caring warm and genuine. When you ring for an appointment in the morning the call is answered effectively and professionally and a telephone call and then face to face arranged. Wonderful service

This has to be one of the best medical practices I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient at. I've struggled with constant pain and a few other things for about 20 years now and always got palmed off with random diagnosis or just told to loose weight. The doctors here have listened to me, and finally getting things sorted. I'm one of the few going through very early menopause, no one believed me before but again they listened to me and now I'm on HRT and do feel so much better. I can't thank Dr's Moran and Cox enough, they've been amazing with me. All the Drs here are fabulous ? you may never see the same Dr all the time, but trust me, they are all good here.

My wife and I have only recently joined this practice after moving into the area and so far i cannot fault them, they are attentive, helpful, considerate and informative, in this current climate where a lot of General Practitioners are not really meeting the grade and falling short of expected service. Northway Medical Practice sets the bar well and truly higher.

My wife has had direct contact back from GP's and not messages passed via reception staff and we feel like the surgery makes it their ethos to offer a person-centred care approach so that we feel valued.

Northway Medical Centre and Dr Pritchard have been absolutely exemplary. I joined the surgery a month ago, its the best surgery I have ever been a part of. They are super efficient, chase results for you and Dr Pritchard has gone over and above to help me discover health issues, I've been trying to get resolved for years. Can't recommend Northway enough.
