Reception are a absolute shambles and a disgrace. Reception have no right working within the NHS. Seriously ive never seen anything anything like this place as a NHS patient for 50 years. To think we pay their wages and pensions is a disgrace.

Absolutely Brilliant Dr's

So thankful to all staff in the the nearly 3 years we have been registered. Always get a phone consultation same day, and majority of time a face to face if that is decided also.

Polite, Professional and with the current strains on the NHS this Surgery are above and beyond for me

Reception staff rude, complaint to practice manager upheld which demonstrates I'm not just making a fuss. They specifically blocked an appointment request when they shouldn't have, as it seems they triage with no medical training. Also recognised by the outcome of the complaint. Whenever I thought I'd seen a GP in over 12 months I subsequently found out that he was a physician associate, he didn't make that clear - and acknowledged that he needed to have been more explicit. I'm shocked that i didn't even talk to a GP whilst registered with this practice. Stay away.

I have a bad experience with diagnosis and referring to the other department. The doctor said you will get appointment after two to three months. But it was not send at that time to the required department. And when I got the appointment I asked from that department they said we got a letter from your GP only 3 weeks ago.
2ndly they gave telephonic appointments mostly.
If you got face to face appointment by your luck, you will be checked by nurse or under trainee so my be you will get right prescription of your disease or maybe you are experimental patient. It's your luck.
Most of the times they are in so hurry, and give you hardly few minutes.
So disappointing ? and sad

Recently visited with my Husband. We found this GP’s receptionists are always professional and showing good body language to their service users. This time my husband seen by the practitioner Ann Bennett. She explained to my husband about recent blood tests. In addition, she examined well and issued relevant medical devices and explained how to use them. She also consulted the doctor before we are leaving from her room. So an appointment has booked as follow up and she also sent an instant prescriptions to their next door pharmacy, so we got them same time without problem. She is very professional and caring. Thank you for your service ?
