Staff all most able and efficient but facilites are poor eg no car parking, stairs to surgeries and dangerous opening directly onto road with fast buses passing within inches of footpath. What was just OK a few years ago no longer is especially for the elderly .if any one reads this please acknowledge. Malcolm Cockell

I've been a patient here for many years . Recently I was given an emergency appointment same day, in so much pain . I am a very nervous patient , but I needn't have been . From the receptionist Julie , to Dr Patel , and her colleagues , I was , and always am , treated so kindly , with patience and care . I am so grateful to be a patient at this practice . No pain now . Everyone and everything was lovely. The whole area is spotless.
The staff were all in uniforms and were very patient. The procedures were explained to me and all went well.
I was very apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease.

The staff were all very helpful wherever they were working in the practice be it Dentist, hygienist, nurses or admin staff. They all took the trouble to explain what was happening and what was going to happen.
