Worst practice ever they had me waiting for 40 minutes a when I did get through for an appointment I was cut off by the receptionist. If it was by mistake they could Atleast call back. U can never get through even after hours of trying. Doctor is lovely but getting through to him is impossible

Always get to see my doctor promptly. Dr Porter is a kind and genuinely caring man. Repeat prescription service works well. Nurses are very approachable and look after my asthma and diabetes well. Phone always answered within a few minutes. Would recommend

Did not even get past the receptionist, she was abrupt and very rude. As a potential new patient I would rather go to A &E than have to approach her for assistance. The "face" and best advertisement for a business is your front office and as far as I can tell the doctor must be terrible. Would have to wait 30 Days to register and see a Doctor. I got fast and friendly service from Stepping Stones Medical Practice and will be registered and see a Doctor within 10 days. The young man in reception was smiling and so helpful. No guessing who gets my business

AVOID!! Worst surgery in Dudley. 8am to make an appointment when infact they take the phones off the hook & sit there eating there breakfast because they're getting paid!! Absolutely diobolical!! Patients lives doesn't matter to them. The desk staff is nothing but arrogant & rude individuals. Please save yourself the headache.

More than happy with the service provided by the staff and Dr Porter. Always professional, never have a problem getting appointments and Ellen on prescriptions is outstanding. Great team.

I am not with this practice knor would I want to be I know several people at this practice
You can never get an appointment and what's more children under the age of 16 get free prescriptions but when a gp at this practice refuses and the NHS website says that a certain medication is available off your gp and is not given when it should be it's disgusting
I would not recommend this practice till anyone

Seems a common theme with this practice rude receptionist how is this place still open and still have patients?! if your new to area stay clear we will be changing doctors ourselves

If I could put no stars I would! Can never get an appointment! I'm always told to ring at 8am when they open to get one and I can never get through and when i do there's no appointments and I'm told to ring again at 8am the next day. Absolute joke!
