Really bad, had to give one star to be able to post. Awful customer service on reception, no empathy at all. Lady on reception needs customer service course instead of thinking she's medically trained. Decided to move after bad treatment by reception and countless mistakes with medication prescriptions and families health.

Requested medication which my consultant had asked them to prescribe and which is on my prescription list. Request refused. I contacted the practice over a week ago to ask why and still haven't received a response.

They sometimes don't call you when you have a booked telephone appointment.

If you do miraculously get an appointment and they actually see you or can be bothered to call you, they couldn't be more disinterested in what you have to say.

Usually their "medical advice" is "wait for it to go away". Not very good when people have ailments is it?

Have rarely got any actual help here for myself or my family.

Also worth noting the receptionists can't even be bothered to book you in when you turn up for your appointment so you end up waiting for a long time to just be told that you're not even booked in.

Bad practice, avoid if you actually need medical attention, they're more interested in their cosmetic surgery department.

Avoid at all costs! Been referred there by 111 after being told at 8:30 that they had no available appointments left. My telephone appointment was booked for 10:30 at 1:20pm rang to be told that the doctor is ringing me now and at 1:40 I have received message saying they can’t reach me. When I called the surgery to find out what is going on they said doctor rang me at 12:30! No missed calls on my phone, 111 have sent my assessment results to the gp again and said they are open and have the duty of care to see you if you are very unwell but receptionist refused to book me in!

Terrible terrible terrible, every time you call at 8am, number 18 in the que either get cut of when it's your turn or no appointments left. Repeatedly call and never get a look in. When you do have a telephone consultation you don't always get a call back they miraculously have an issue. Waited all day 10 mins before closing I called and they told me I wasn't even down! Couldn't get an appointment for my daughter before had to go walk in and then she ended up in hospital for 5 days all because they didn't take it seriously!
Moved doctors I don't know how it's still open. It's rubbish and a shame as I pay my taxes to not be able to see someone when I'm I'll!

Worst GP in this area. I left here over 12months ago because i had to chase a referral for a lump that i found in my chest. The GP had not signed it off and sent it until i phoned 6 weeks later to ask what was happeing. You could never get an appointment even though you got through at 8.01, no appoitments left. Glad i left. Needs shutting down.
