Took my daughter off her medication without my knowledge or consent. Continuously messed us around for over a week so she went without any meds during that time and was incredibly sick. When it was resolved I didn't receive a phone call telling me so. Absolutely no communication. I wrote a formal complaint over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them.

Once again, fantastic service today. Called into the surgery at 8.30 to ask if my elderly mum could have a home visit. John the paramedic arrived at lunchtime, advised us that he would get a prescription sent to the pharmacy, which I could pick up after lunch. Prescription was ready to collect as advised. Very professional, sleek service. Thankyou

Would do zero stars if possible. Can never get an appointment. Reception staff are abrupt, intrucive and have zero empathy. If you don't know exactly what is wrong with you they won't give you an appointment. My partner has also received bad service from here to such an extent we are taking legal action. Should be shut down

Friday 27th Oct, my Mother was discharged from hospital after a 2 week admission, having had major surgery. On Monday we dropped her discharge papers into the called the Medical Centre and later called as we needed an emergency prescription related to her procedure. We were told a doctor would call that day. We heard nothing
On Tuesday, we followed up explaining the situation - there was no post-op care plan in place and we were told to call the district nurse to arrange a visit - bearing in mind Mum is in her 80's and lives alone - I was told the doctor would call that evening but to go and pick up her medication from the chemist. Went to the chemist. Nothing! Called again the next day..same story: Your prescription is being processed now.. go to the chemist later today and it'll be there. Went to the chemist at 5.55pm, nothing. Called Thursday to be told that the doctor can't write the prescription without the surgery medic seeing her. I'm baffled by the first 2 days of stories ! Still no call from a doctor.
I must say everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and polite... just ineffective.
The surgery would have had no idea if my Mum had eaten, fallen or had wound infections.
So the very nice medic arrives Thursday (the first contact since her discharge the previous Friday) and advises that we take her to hospital by ambulance. And off we go again!
While we're at the hospital .. the district nurse turns up! You couldn't make it up!

Amazing service, I did an econsult for my mum this morning. I got a text 10 minutes later to call the practice to make a face to face appointment. I called back, and although I was 14th in the queue, my call was answered within 10 minutes. I got given an appointment for this afternoon. My mum got seen straight away by a paramedic called Jon. Very thorough, just as good as a doctor . I can not fault our experience at all. Well done East Cowes.

Very impressed, after filling out the online form I was contacted with an appointment for the next day. Seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, diagnosis given (which my previous surgery failed to do) & treatment plan discussed. Helpful & friendly staff.

I registered at East Cowes Medical Centre recently. Every member of staff has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had my first appointment today and having had an issue for a few years, treated by a number of health professionals in a variety of locations, today I felt properly treated for the first time. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this medical centre.

East Cowes Medical Centre are always helpful, friendly, patient and efficient. I’ve been very impressed at the speed they respond to queries I leave on their app. They reply quickly and the doctors always take the time to discuss my symptoms and I’m seen face to face that day, if necessary. Everyone does an amazing job and I can’t recommend them enough. They certainly deserve the 5 stars.
