Went for my appointment, waited at the reception desk for good 5minutes while receptionists were chatting in the next door room. One of the ladies came out, but didn't acknowledge that someone is waiting (I even said "hello"). I decided to sit down and wait, 20 mintes later noone called me.
Worse GP surgery every. And that's not the first time, but this time I had no time to wait. Luckily I don't have to go there often! Wasted trip and wasted appointment, but I guess they don't care.

I was seen by Dr Emma Russell for a hearing issue. She was excellent, explained clearly what she was going to do and why. Quickly rang round and got an emergency appointment at ENT for Monday. Printed out details of the consultation to read and take with me on Monday.

This is the first negative review I have ever posted on Google. First, the good points - the receptionist was polite and my appointment was on time but now to the bad points - the female doctor didn't introduce herself, she was very abrupt and almost aggressive in her tone. She seemed even more embarrassed than me for a 'gentleman's problem'. I am sure she has dealt with a lot of similar concerns. I was only in the room five minutes and was almost shouted at by "Please do not take your shoes off!" All throughout I was polite, friendly and complied with every instruction. Maybe I caught her on a very bad day but you do not bring your problems to work. I wasn't put at ease at all and felt quite upset with the trauma of it all. 😟

This IS BY FAR THE WORST Gp's I've ever seen. Can't get 2C dr can't speak with Dr unless they break "DPA" On a whim !!! This is from a Dr that studies DEATH, GOULD-BROWN Is a narcissistic person & instructed her employees to follow suit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been trying to get through on the phone since yesterday morning, 27 calls later I am still having no luck. Either there is a problem with their phone system or they need to employ more people to answer the phone! Very frustrating as I am having to call around work meetings...
