I have suffered with lower back pain on and off for many years now and even more regularly following a prolapsed disc thirteen years ago. Following a recommendation, I visited Kelly for the first time four weeks ago and only wish I had done it years ago. The issue was identified immediately and with only two sessions to date, I already feel a lot more confident about the robustness of my back. With better management by me through Kelly's exercise plan and more sessions with Kelly, I am confident that my lower back will be the best it has been for decades. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend her services.

I really enjoy my visits to Kelly even though I am usually in a lot of pain. She is able to quickly identify the problem and gets to work on it straight away. She is very knowledgeable in her field and can put my mind at rest. She is very professional but at the same is extremely personable with a good ‘bedside manner’ and we usually laugh our way through my treatment. Kelly offers the full package with appointment confirmations and reminders and a selections of exercises sheets to aid recovery. I feel lucky to have found Kelly and know that she will get me back in working order in no time at all.

Kelly is just incredible at what she does! I struggle with anxiety, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had my first session with Kelly on Friday, and I’ve booked in for another session in two weeks time. I wish I had gone to her sooner. I highly recommend her!

I visited Kelly due to a painful shoulder. She immediately put me at ease and is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explains everything she is doing and provides an exercise plan for continuing at home. If I said my shoulder hurt at different times, for example at night, she always had an answer and suggestion to help relieve the pain. I still have a few issues but I know now how to deal with them and on the whole my shoulder is much better and it wouldn’t have been if I hadn’t gone to Kelly. Would highly recommend.

Kelly is very personable and makes you feel at ease. She listens to your concerns. She comes across very knowledgeable and seems to always find whatever issue I'm having easily and quickly. She's helped reduce my lower back pain and shoulder pain to almost nothing after only a few sessions. I see Kelly every 4-6 weeks to keep on top of things. I would highly recommend her.

Kelly is very good at her job She is professional and friendly and makes you feel very much at ease. She is a good listener so understands problems fully in order to be most effective with her help. I went to her with severe neck pain and the treatment I had has been very beneficial. She is very good with follow up advice about supplements or ointments which could help and have proved to be very good in my case She also gives advice on appropriate exercise plans as part of her service if you would find that helpful. I would definitely recommend Kelly

I visited Kelly back in February, I had been having reoccurring shoulder pain that was radiating down my arm and interfering with daily life. A friend of mine recommended Kelly and explained how brilliant she is. As soon as I arrived Kelly put me at ease with her super friendly but professional manner, she explained everything as she went along and took time to locate the problem area and work to correct it. I couldn't recommend her enough she fixed me she's fab.
