I have been working for Bluebird for over 2 years but had a break back in 2022 for 4 months. Since I've come back I feel supported and really listened to. Management really care about your wellbeing and how work and family life is. I often recommend bluebird to anyone who asks about what I do. I love seeing my regular customers and also some new faces. I don't want to work for anyone else

My Dad returned back to his home from heart surgery and needed support straight after post-operation. I called Bluebird for help as soon as I found out he was returning for 2 weeks of help….12 hours later, James from the team was over at my Dad’s house, tailoring a 2-week package to serve his needs and requirements. He managed to fill the schedule out the next day, and we had an amazing selection of carers visit over the course of the 2 week period we asked for (shout-outs to Debbie, Simone, Janet, Sheena, and Wioletta). I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I have worked for Bluebird Care for the last seven years starting as a care worker and progressing to a Supervisor . It is a fantastic company to work for providing bespoke support for people's requirements in there own homes.

The team are really friendly, dedicated and share a passion for the standard of care and support delivered to our customers.
