I have been using this Pharmacy since the summer, after having recently moved to the area, and have been delighted with the service I have received. I have been seeing H for my weight loss journey and he has been so incredibly supportive and helpful that I couldn’t imagine not going via him.

I would recommend him and the pharmacy for anyone who is seriously considering how to improve their health via weight loss. For me this has been life changing and I will be eternally grateful for the support. ?

I had placement at Rutland Late Night Pharmacy, the staff are very well-mannered, helpful, polite and welcoming!
The Pharmacist is very helpful and kind in sharing their knowledge of pharmacy and medication and answered all my questions I had whilst on placement.
The vaccination service is also very fast and patients were pleased with their experience!

Pharmacy student that has been here on a placement. All the staff are extremely friendly and take all the time needed to cater to the patients needs. All the staff behind the scene were also extremely welcoming and helpful. Lastly all the patients had an amazing relationship with the pharmacist and was an overall delightful experience. I wish I could stay longer.

I went in this evening in quite a lot of discomfort and the lady who served me behind the counter was polite and helpful from the moment I walked in, while waiting for my script to be dispensed I witness some very good customer service, from knowing the people that came in personally and keeping a friendly nature at all times to those that was waiting.
Customer service is something you either have or don’t, and the lady definitely does.

Spent 2 days of placement as a pharmacy student in this pharmacy and I enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff were very welcoming and the pharmacists were so nice, patient and experienced in answering my questions and training me.

My partner went in there and got treated awfully, the person at the desk and the pharmacist were both very rude, patronising and made multiple comments to her. Wouldn’t recommend using this place she’s been there for 2 years and was made to come in to order her regular prescription and after coming all the way she was spoke to exceptionally rude, she was made to answer very personal questions which had already been answered by an actual doctor and blood pressure taken which was way more painful than should of been. Before she could have taken her regular prescription which she needed. This place is Out of order for treating people this way, for a place that people relay on for medical needs they speak to people like dirt.
