I attended one of Wellbeing at Whistlewood's retreat days earlier in the year, it was a lovely relaxing experience and enabled me to connect with nature and to focus on myself for a few hours. The surroundings both inside the beautiful roundhouse and outdoors in the lovely countryside contributed to my overall sense of wellbeing and I spent time outdoors "forest bathing" on a crisp winter's day and then returned indoors to the comfort of the fire and the endless supply of hot chocolate. Lunch really was five star and included options for vegetarians and vegans and I ended the day with the gift of a wellbeing journal to take home and continue my journey. I really can't recommend Helen and Anne highly enough as forest therapists and am already looking forward to being able to return for another pamper day.
