I have not used this surgery but I needed to leave a review after few hours of ringing around dentists to try and find a nhs dentist and being meet with the same reply every time of NO NHS appointments then being tried to be upsold a denplan.

I rang Oracle Dental Group and spoke with the most helpful, polite & compassionate receptionists, who offered me loads of helpful information, and also told me what to do if I am in pain she also took the time to explained the whole situation with the NHS appointments.

I Have been with Oracle Dental Group in Coggeshall for many years and have always been impressed by the level of care I have received. I have been treated by several different dentists during that time and they have been supported by friendly and efficient staff. Whatever treatment you need, it is always fully explained. They are extremely kind and caring and put you completely at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Only giving it one star as there is no option for none!
DO NOT USE THEM!
I have been with them for many years and was great while Nick was there but now is terrible. I wanted to move practice but needed a fit to transfer check up first. They said I was fit to move but now I can get excepted on the plan as I need work done that was missed. I can pay for it or go back to have it done but I don’t trust the work to go back so will have to pay!!
