I love this place ❤ everything in one ? and nice service ? Gym, two pools inside and outside, several saunas, massages, pedicures, masks and others, you can have a coffee in the morning, nice to talk, spacious area you relax inside or outside. What more could you want? probably only the weather and time to visit the best spa in the region in my opinion. Bravo to the owners and all the employees. Good job! ?

All staff were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and efficient. My friend and I both had our treatments done by Lianne, they were amazing and she has super soft hands! Although we didn’t use the spa, the location is in a secluded and scenic part of Norfolk- if you are looking for a relaxing break I would highly recommend the Energise Pentney Spa!

Amazing little spa tucked away in such a peaceful place. Great facilities - outdoor heated pool was my favourite! Sauna and steam room was amazing too! Defo would recommend highly and will definitely be returning!

Booked the essentials spa experience for myself and my mum. Staff are so welcoming and friendly from the start. Facilities are spacious with lots of steam rooms to choose from as well as seating. Drinks can be put on a tab , snacks and ice cream available. The treatments were amazing, the ladies spoke us through what to expect as well as asking on our personal preferences and aftercare essentials. We will be returning! Thank you 🙂

A perfect spa getaway location with a super friendly team to look after you. Pool, saunas, a steam room, gymn, and outdoor heated vitality pool all set within beautiful surroundings with pretty outdoor spaces to chill or take a drink. We booked for three hours while on a short break in Holt and it was perfect. Also, the price vs most 'spa' breaks was great value + we could have booked other treatments too. Limited spaces each session made it an easy uncrowded few hours too. Thanks Gaby, Vic and Oliva...

First notes after a month. Tucked away in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, away from it all, it's a very pleasant, relaxing place to go to help sort yourself out. There are never more than a few fellow club members using the facilities at a time, so no-one gets in each others way. I could do with a gym instructor and some dietary advice, and would prefer the showers were more efficient and usable. It's got everything a health enthusiast really needs, though, and is delightfully designed with a good vibe . The staff are very pleasant, never intrusive and I've had some good foot treatment. I'll write some more notes if and when necessary, later. I think a five star rating is never properly justified with any business until it has been tried and tested many times over a lengthy period.

I had a sports massage yesterday june 6th from Fredericka for a stiff neck. The massage itself was wonderful but the experience was made better by Fredericka. She was so knowledgeable about my injury and suggested exercises I could try myself to alleviate it further. She was very chatty and efficient and is an asset to Pentney. So much sun I’ve booked in for another massage soon. The room is calming and welcoming as are all the staff. I would definitely recommend a visit.
