My Mum uses this company and we have had no issues at all with the care provided. All the carers have provided a good service, with my Mum's favourite carer being outstanding. Having had a very negative experience with a previous company, we have been pleasantly surprised by this one.

We have used Carers from this company for a couple of members of our extended family in Norfolk and have found that, with them employing carers from abroad, from places like Estonia and Portugal for example - that at the end of their shift, their Care Plan notes are virtually impossible to read! Questionable handwriting, a dreadful command of English and generally awful spelling make for a dire illegible mess. High time for some 'English as a Foreign Language' Adult Literacy Classes for some of these Carers perhaps? Wouldn't recommend and have stopped using them.
