I am singing the praises of this company and I know all my family agree, we are happy with the support our parents receive from Tees.
There are many negative reports and bad press written about carer's however we think we have found a little gem with Tees, not only do they support our parents, they now help both my Mums Sister's, the staff are very friendly and happily converse with my parents and seem genuinely interested in getting to know them and
as my Dad has Alzheimer's and Dementia the staff are all patient and understanding and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The care that my mum is given is absolutely outstanding! The senior carer fortunate is always at the end of the phone for any problems that may arise , always reacts accordingly, we couldn’t wish for better carers they are all amazing. Highly recommend.

Can I just let you know what a lovely caring care team you are.
My sister was down yesterday and said how lovely,respectful,caring,efficient you carers are.
It's such a relief to have a good care team in for mum at last who are looking after a person how they should be looked after.

Cannot praise Tees Healthcare enough. Outstanding care, well organised, punctual, kind and considerate, nothing is too much trouble. The care provided for my elderly relative has enabled him to return back to living in his own home. He is happy and content with the care being provided to him, his carers are “marvellous” in his words. Our family is kept updated with any concerns straight away or any shopping that may be needed, this is appreciated so very much. We are so grateful to have such consistent, reliable and friendly carers, thank you so very much.
