I recently visited Optimax in Leicester for a laser consultation, and I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Although I wasn't a suitable candidate for the laser treatment, the thorough and thoughtful care provided by the team made a significant difference.

Optician Arif was particularly outstanding. He took the time to explain everything in detail, patiently addressing all my questions with clarity. His expertise and considerate approach made the consultation both informative and reassuring.

The reception staff were also very kind and helpful, contributing to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere throughout my visit.

Overall, while I didn’t proceed with the laser treatment, the professionalism and attentiveness of the team left a positive impression. I highly recommend optimax. Thank you for your support!

Delighted with results of LASIK, just 2 days ago, at Optimax Leicester. Dr Tahera Bhojani-Lynch and everyone I met, from initial consultation through to my first checkup, are consummate professionals. I also got a quote from Optical Express in Milton Keynes. Their consultation is polished, high tech, very impressive. But i felt like i was being sold to and for an uncomplicated prescription, i felt the quote was high. Optimax Leicester consultation seemed more genuinely interested in the outcome for me, and due to being in my 40s, offered monovision which we simulated with contact lenses prior to treatment. This was not even discussed with Optical express, but should fend off need for reading glasses too soon. Optimax Leicester price was more reasonable, service has been great and I highly recommend Optimax. I’m now persuading my husband to get a consultation! Thank you, to all at Optimax Leicester. What amazing jobs you have, bettering lives!

I had lasik back in June 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Everything from the pre appointments, the actual procedure and the follow ups was a smooth process and done with absolute professionalism. I felt looked after the whole way. I am indebted to Dr Tahera Bhojani for her miraculous work!

I had ICL (implantable contact lens) surgery 4 weeks ago at the Leicester branch with Dr Stephenson and I can honestly say it has changed my life. The surgery itself was painless - uncomfortable and a bit of pressure, but no real pain at all, and my recovery has been a breeze as I followed all the instructions to the letter - no eye makeup , drops 4 times a day etc. I waited until 4 weeks before I reviewed so I was sure I could give an honest opinion. I am so happy, Optimax have given me the gift of sight and I’m so grateful. My prescription was extremely high (-11.50/-12.00) so I was virtually blind without glasses or contacts and now my vision is perfect and I don’t have the sore, dry eyes I used to get after a long day in contacts. I can’t believe how good my vision is and every time I wake up and can actually see it blows me away all over again! I was quoted almost double by a leading competitor and Optimax charged exactly what they advertise online for the identical surgery. There were no extra or hidden charges. It has been the best experience of my life, thank you !

Hi.
From start to finish my experience with optimax during my lens replacement in both eyes as been life changing. From wearing glasses for 50 + years and contact lens for 20+ years my eyes now are the best they've ever been.
The service from the 1st consultation to the finishing surgical operation as been absolutely awesome. Also the aftercare as been brilliant.
Actually words can't describe what this as done for the rest of my life. Optimax have delivered on all accounts.
Absolutely wonderful outcome and optimax have been so professional and are a 1st class company.

Cannot rate the professionalism highly enough. After scans today it was clearly explained that my daughter is not suitable for Lasik due to unevenness in the cornea which could be due to a genetic and progressive condition which could be exacerbated by the surgery. My daughter is only 21 - Optimax kindly suggested she should not have the surgery and reassess after a few years and try contact lenses for now instead. We are so very grateful - we had no idea. We only went to Optimax for a second opinion as I am a very satisfied ex patient of Optimax. My daughter had been told previously by Optical Express she could have laser surgery but would likely need Lasek due to “dry eyes”. No mention of any other issues or explanations. They put her under pressure to book and have refused to give her £250 of her deposit back. We will be eternally grateful to Optimax Leicester and can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you so much.
