My Wife & I both had cause to change to this Surgery about a year ago, following a House Move; and we read the mixed reviews. We have been very impressed by the care received, both with regard to long term ailments, minor treatments and after care followng a sudden Hospitalisation situation

The management are incredbly rude. They have lost 2 of my prescriptions in past 10 days. I had handed them over personally into the receptionist, yet the manager accused me of not telling the truth about the prescriptions, when I asked why they hadn't been put on my notes or sent to the pharmacy. She told me I had already been given one of the prescriptions but when I pointed out that what she was arguing about, was a regular repeat prescription for a completely different medication, from a different doctor & with a more recent date, no apology given. She kept saying to me, "it's not my problem if we've lost your medical letters!!". Disgraceful behaviour. This used to be a brilliant surgery.

There has been a massive improvement in services recently. The online form works well and either an appointment that day or one booked in for less urgent care. Doctors have been great and personable. Great to see the changes.

I’ve been so impressed with The Park Surgery. The appointment form works really well and I often get a call back and an appointment the same day. I’ve always found the doctors friendly, compassionate and thorough. The reception staff are also very helpful. Thank you for all your care!

Locally known as the Park Surgery. Tetbury Road.
Lack of staff, good luck trying to book an appointment, the reception is unfriendly, impossible to see or build up a relationship with a doctor as its always a different person, no continuity. Frankly the surgery has slipped from excellent to poor. disappointing to say the least.

This once good service is badly in decline. Doctors calls are promised but they don’t come through. You sit and wait and only find out an appointment has been for a weeks time when you are told a doctor will ring today. I no longer rate them highly at all,
although some are helpful. Usually the locus or ones who are
about to retire. I hear staff have left in droves. I am not
surprised. If one can afford it, complementary or private the
only way to go. Most cannot do this.

Disgusted by this surgery. Have been attempting to speak to a GP reference my 84 year old Mother since Friday…. No call back received from Dr, as promised. Called back again Monday, to be advised to fill out an online assessment, attempted to this after working full time, and is now out of hours for the surgery, so unable to do this… poor care, poor communication and just a complete lack of understanding….. My mother is vomiting has not had her Bowels open for 7 days…… let’s hope she’s not in obstruction !!!!

Absolutely appalling! My nan has waited 2 days for her antibiotics to be sent to the pharmacy! And now she has a full blown chest infection and can barely walk. 2 whole days waiting! Such a joke!!!
