Terrible practice, who always seem to be at "full capacity" . Easier to just go to A&E and get downgraded to Urgent GP. Better to register in Didcot or Henley for GP, I certainly will be. As said in other reviews, they will soon miss something fatal, if they haven't already. Time for a long overdue upgrade of your facilities and staff Wallingford Medical Practice!

The most patronising and unprofessional practice I’ve ever been to. It’s just a matter of time before they miss something fatal - what happened to the decent, well-educated and kind GP’s? - replaced by button pushers who is only focused on filling in their timesheets!

Always able to generally get appointments. Doctors and nurses have always been so helpful and supportive. Parking is now free 30 minutes but charged after that. Reception staff are busy but generally polite and helpful. Phone lines can be busy and often a wait time but that’s to be expected.

All of the staff are professional and caring. We can always get an appointment when we need one (by calling on the day), and see the same GP almost every time. Fantastic service.

Wallingford medical practice was one place you could always phone up and be greeted by courteous and efficient Reception staff. Now its more couldn't care less and I aint bovvered. I asked if one of the GPs could possibly call me back to give some advice about my sore calf muscle which has been causing me a great deal of discomfort. However, the person I spoke to on the phone today was by no means helpful 'There are no doctors available' came her sarcastic reply. I will try again tomorrow ( if its worth the call) Get your act together Wallingford Medical practice and start being a bit more customer friendly in future!!

Rang the surgery this morning about a muscular problem with my left leg. After explaining my symptoms to the receptionist ( whose attitude was one of negativity and an ' I ain't bothered as said by Lauren Cooper on the Catherine Tate show) I was unable to arrange a call back from my my GP as the receptionist told me that they 'only call mobile phone numbers not landlines' which is rather odd in my view. I hung up. In short this medical practice is not satisfactory at all. Improve the Customer service and perhaps then people will appreciate you more. Today I had a voicemail from my GP to say that they got no answer from my mobile ( I told them to ring my landline) It seems to me that there is a huge lack of communication within this organisation which was the case when I called them about my sister's blood test appointment. They had 'no notes on the system to say what the blood test was for (this is the fault of the GP she saw at the time who forgot to not only tell her but make any notes at all!!) Time to get your act together Wallingford Medical Practice!!

For some reason, which I am unable to fathom, I wont visit the doctor without putting myself through a self inflicted, needs analysis, coupled with some persuasion from my family. Then, only after exhausting all OTC options, will I make an appointment. Yet, as age has begun to wither me, I find myself having to attend the GP more regularly and I find that I could not be better cared for. There is onsite parking (for a small fee) the waiting room is large and the receptionists and doctors are caring, professional and incredibly helpful. I consider myself extremely lucky to live within their catchment area.

Really pleased I was able to get a spot here 🙂 This Practice is fantastic. So easy to speak to someone or get an appointment and the doctors really seem to go the extra mile to get things done. Even their telephone line system works as you would expect and I'm never on hold for long. staff are lovely and helpful and if that wasn't enough - it has its own pharmacy. Couldn't ask for more!
