Have had multiple appointments cancelled. My son's dentist changed from NHS to private with only 3 weeks notice. They cancelled his appointment, rebooked it as a private appointment, I paid a deposit for his appointment and then they cancelled that one too. Haven't received my money back. Have tried to contact practice to rearrange appointment. Spent 20 minutes on the phone as number 2 caller. No one ever seems to pick up the phone. I have to arrange to take time off of work and arrange to take my son out of school, for them to constantly cancel appointments the morning they are due to occur. Really poor service.

Excellent service provided by Dr Sally and team. Everyone including receptionist and Dr and nurse did a wonderful job. Super fast service. Hope they will accept new NHS patients. Thank you and best wishes.

Receptionists were so friendly and helpful.
Female dentist (so sorry do not know her name) was absolutely brilliant. Made me feel at ease the whole way through and explained everything that was going on as it was happening. Overall, very good dentist experience 🙂

Used to be a good service, but since Covid they've never managed to get back on par. There was a time when they kept cancelling my appointments until I hadnt been seen for an extremely long period. Recently I received a rushed email saying yet again we have to cancel your appointment and that I had been booked into the wrong department and another appointment would be sent shortly. Never received a new appointment, nor did I receive acknowledgement of me deciding to leave the practice

I had an appointment today (Saturday) with Sally and her assistant/nurse whose name I didn't catch.
Sally and the team (inc. Amy in reception) were excellent and went the extra mile.
Great work on my teeth (some challenge as I am nearly 79).
I am very grateful that you treated me so well and professionally.
Many thanks for making an old man feel a little younger.

Once you get through the door they are very nice and friendly. I visited the hygienist for the first time recently. Very thourough. A bit pricey but worth it. Booking and keeping appointments is quite hard as the phones are usually busy and they don't seem to reply to emails.

Having received a warm welcome, we were greeted promptly by our dentist, Dr Lee. She remembered our toddler from her initial visit and was as welcoming as the front of house. She was informative, caring and friendly.

Reception staff were lovely and the dentist explained what was needed and what she was doing. I really don't like going to see the dentist but I felt comfortable with her. Enough to come back for fillings ?
