I went into Chinnor Pharmacy last week to get my emergency prescriptions. What a difference the recent new ownership has made. It was such a pleasant experience, with friendly staff and quick service. Vast improvement on what went before! Long may it continue.

This chemist has really turned around with the new ownership. Staff are polite and friendly. Shop is well stocked and prescriptions are prepared bang on time. Vaccinations were also done, promptly and efficiently . A real change from when it was Lloyd Chemist.

Pharmacist decided to give my mum a prescription for something she is highly allergic to. Literally says it in bold writing on the label. When I got it out the bag and went back in to say about it, of course it was my fault.
Everything with this pharmacy is my fault.
Rachel is amazing. Could not fault her, lovely, kind, polite.
Apart from that I dread going in.
Prefer to drive 15 minutes for my prescription that walk 5 minutes down the road.

I dread going into this pharmacy. The last couple of times I’ve been there it’s been an awful experience. Always spoken to really rudely and with no manners, only from one specific elderly lady who works on the till. I would much rather travel further to Risborough and collect my medication from there as the wait time is much quicker and staff are very polite and helpful.
