I took my 7 week old baby to The Waterside Practice and saw Jenna. I had a feeling that my little boy was carrying some tension and was recommended to try an Osteopath. I found the Waterside Practice online after a search and booked an appt with Jenna straight away. Everyone at the practice is friendly and welcoming and Jenna worked wonders on my little boy. After the first session myself and my husband could already see such a difference. He had 3 sessions in total and had tension releases from his pelvis, neck and jaw. He is so much more relaxed now and seems 'longer' too. Thank you so much Jenna and everyone at the Waterside - we will be sure to recommend you whenever we can!

I was recommended Jenna at The Waterside Practice by a friend as I was in search for an osteopath for my 6 month old daughter, who has hydrocephalus which required a VP shunt to be inserted and that, in turn, led to severe tightness in her neck, shoulders and arms.
Jenna has really worked her magic and we’ve gone from having virtually no movement in one side to a girl who happily thrashes around all over the place now. On top of being great at her job, Jenna is lovely and my little girl is always happy to see her, coming away much happier and more nimble than before!

I hadn’t heard of an osteopath for babies before but I’m so grateful to a friend who told me (and to our neurosurgeon who encouraged it) as I really feel it has made such a difference to my daughters life and I couldn’t recommend the Waterside Practice enough.

Visited Bernitta with extreme tooth and jaw pain after a visit to the dentist who suggested jaw clenching but it wasn't easing with mouth guard and exercises. Practice managed to fit me in and root cause of pain actually came from neck! Fixed after 1 session. Another practicitioner previously fixed ankle after only a few sessions which physio suggested surgery was the only option! All round excellent service, professional and friendly staff! Wouldn't go anywhere else ?

Bernie has been amazing from fixing my debilitating wonky pregnancy pelvis in just a few sessions to keeping my chronic neck and upper back pain under control. Bernie even treated my 1 month old son who had intractable wind and terrible bloating. The results were astonishing. She has recently started using needle therapy which has amazing results and is always keeping her knowledge up to date. The reception team are really welcoming and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Updating a previous review as once again Bernitta has been great at sorting out a shoulder and back problem. The receptionists are always lovely as well.

My son has recently started seeing Jenna for children’s osteopathy to help with cerebral palsy. She has soothed the muscle tension he has in his arm and leg and he looked so relieved and relaxed during the treatment. Just wish we’d tried it sooner!
