This course was a wonderful preparation for the birth of our little boy. Full of insights regarding both labour and the early baby days delivered in a calm, and welcoming way. My partner and I left the weekend feeling empowered and excited for the birth and keen to try out all the wonderful techniques. The birth ended up not going to 'plan' and was fairly traumatic but the very practical advice we received helped us enormously both mentally and physically. Gina was a really fantastic teacher and guide who made us feel welcome and we loved her holistic approach. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful ante natal class that gave us the confidence in ourselves to know that we would be able to have a positive birth experience no matter what. The meditations and hypnosis tracks helped us to relax and prepare for the birth and we felt empowered after the course to be able to ask for what we wanted. It helped my husband know what he could do and during our birth which did end up being quite traumatic, he felt confident and was able to support me whilst remaining calm which in turn enabled me to remain calm. I think this also helped the recovery as well.

Gina is a fantastic teacher with lots of knowledge and skills and she makes you feel comfortable and welcome during the course

We completed our course with Gina last year and it was without a doubt the best thing we did. Gina made us feel so welcome and at ease. Hubby was skeptical at first but after just one session he was blown away and by the end of the course he was just as passionate as me. Our birth, although it didn't go to plan, was so calm and relaxed. Maya-Rose was welcomed to the world on 6th December and she is still such a relaxed and content baby. Thank you Gina, we could not have done it without your guidance!!

So many positives from completing this course with my husband! Before the birth we felt prepared and confident in my natural ability to bring our baby in to the world. I distinctly remember reminding myself of this as the labour progressed. One of the biggest positives for me though was how included my husband was, as I could focus on the birth and let him take care of everything else knowing he'd been given the tools to take an active role. Our baby was born without any assistance and I needed no pain relief using the techniques we had learned. Gina created a great atmosphere to learn and was responsive to our needs allowing plenty of time for questions.
