Absolutely useless, the stupid phone system they now have means you can't even speak to a human.
This is not a service it's a conveyor belt to avoid contact with those of us that need help.
Totally shocking how the NHS can let it come to this, where is the care, help, and in my case pain relief?

I'd put zero stars if this was possible. I've been with the practice 3 years and the amount of times they've changed their appointment booking procedure is ridiculous. I've phoned up this morning at 8am when they opened. I was on hold 6 minutes and all appointments had gone due to the fact they only offer walk in appointments and nothing over the phone. The receptionist was extremely rude to me, and not once showed any compassion to the fact I was ringing as I was unwell. However seeing as you only have a choice between beacon medical practice or Hawthorn, good luck getting seen by a medical professional. GP's are the reason our A&E departments are overworked.

I recently have had to visit this doctors surgery. I found the staff efficient and courteous and as a long term visitor to Skegness they have arranged for my three visits to take on the day requested. The doctors and nurses practitioners understood my health problem immediately and issued appropriate medication.

Bottom of the bottom service. You are asked by receptionist about a reason of appointment in front of other people. Just imagine my embarrassment having to tell her my medical problems being surrounded by other customers. No intimacy and privacy guaranteed.
