Myself and my Daughter had the most amazing day in a wonderfully relaxing space with a handful of beautiful people. We have spent many days with Vayia (who by the way, is an Angel ?, such a genuine lovely soul and a pleasure to be around) on various training workshops/courses and loved them all! however, this was the first at the Wellness Barn...such a special space, and the food was amazing too! We had a magical day, you always feel 'at home' in Vayia's company and this was no exception, the day left us feeling as though we had had a week away from the 'real world' . I personally finished the day feeling calm, balanced and focused ... completely refreshed.
Can't wait to come back for the next retreat day ?

Vayia's wellbeing retreat day was absolutely amazing, the most blissful way to spend a Sunday surrounded by likeminded people, in a gorgeous location in the countryside. The day started with a gentle yin yoga class, moving into a powerful dynamic meditation. A yummy Ayurvedic lunch set us up for the afternoon with a sound bath and finishing off with a very special cacao ceremony. Thank you 🙂

The Wellness Barn is a truly special place situated in a beautiful setting. The moment you walk in to The Barn the energy greets you. Vayia who runs the barn is wonderful, she holds beautiful events and has created the perfect space for others to do the same. So many classes are run throughout the week, I have attended various events and I love them all, what Vayia brings is magical, she is an angel. I have held my own retreats there and it is the perfect venue with everything you need already there. Vayia is friendly, warm, and so accommodating, she brings an abundance of positive, warm energy and love to The Barn and shares this the moment you walk through the door. There’s no other place like it.

recently experienced the most amazing retreat at the Wellness Barn with Vayia... We started with yoga, followed by kundalini dancing which was incredible, dancing on the spot with your eyes clothes to uplifting music. I felt free and not a care in the world.

The day was finished off with an Cacao ceremony, I felt the benefits of the cacao on the following day also, a feeling of clarity and calmness. I would highly recommend this retreat and I will be going again.

Vayia has managed to create the most beautiful, safe and calming space. As soon as you enter you feel overwhelming peace. I was someone who had never been to anything like The Wellness Barn and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. The people I’ve met have all been so welcoming, you’re greeted by people who are genuinely happy to see you. The courses, sessions and membership offered by Vayia has been so valuable to me. I’ve found a place I can feel at home. It’s raised my vibration and helped me to see life so differently. I’ve also made lifelong friendships - Vayia is one of them. Vaiya has created this beautiful space. The selection and quality of classes is superb and I have loved everything about every class and workshop I have been to there. Its also in a stunning location, so I enjoyed a beautiful walk in nature after the sound bath today with Chandra, which was heavenly. Highly recommended. Thank you ladies xxx
