Hurt my back & called for a sick note & medication, was told to pick it up day after, wife went, no sick note & reception said doctors going to call me, day after got the call, so wife went again, got sick note but no medication, so day after with a very painful back i went on foot, got there no prescription, reception said i will get doctor to call you? 3 days later still no phone call, & if you call them be prepared to be on hold 1hr-2hr, i have been sick now nearly 2 weeks & no medication, this place is a joke.

I’m trying to call everyone for an appointment it’s either the receptionist are not bothered to answer every time I’m going in they have an excuse we are extremely busy , guess what they do they instead gossip and drink their teas and coffees and not answer phone calls been in and seen them many times.

So if we are sick they are not bothered to answer until we die ?

Poor service. Never answer the phone. Always forget to send prescriptions to pharmacy. Photos once sent via app for the doctor to tell me they couldn't possibly be my daughters hands as she's 18 and they looked like baby's hands. Dr forgets to send urgent referral to hospital. Receptionist said it had been sent 4 weeks later and it hadn't. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Quick shout out to the staff working past 9pm on a Sunday for the iHeart Barnsley service. I know getting an appointment is often a struggle but in this case our son was seen to, and was on the mend by Monday morning thanks to being seen at such an unsocial hour. Great attitude from the Doctor despite the late hour.

I never go to the doctors but can never get any appointments anyway or even use the online services with the medical centre. I asked for travel vaccinations over a month ago and they've now come back to me via text saying I have to make my own plans as the nurse is off sick! What do we pay NHS for?

I have been to Dr today and yesterday first for blood test today for results and as I call it M O T. Brilliant staff very professional and informative when questions are asked. The staff are brilliant the nurse I saw today was very nice and explained everything well. To people who have left bad reviews please understand these people are doing a difficult job under pressure and without them we would be in one hell of a mess and I only have praise for the staff and practice.
