Really love the work Jo has done. We have worked on my hip flexibility and mobility. As a goalie playing ice hockey its important for me to improve this aspect of my body and within 3 weeks jo has taken my performance on ice to a level that I've not thought i could reach. I really enjoy the sessions as jo is friendly and personable. I would recommend any to attend a few of her sessions and she will get the improvements you need.

I have been visiting Jo for over 10 years and she is always my first port of call. Her knowledge and interest in the way the body works is immeasurable and she is always learning new techniques and skills for the benefit of her clients. My body is my job and Jo’s expertise is invaluable to me, not only in maintaining and fixing it but also in teaching me the skills to help myself. Her warmth and professionalism is unrivalled and if on the rare occasion she can’t help with the problem she is quick to recommend someone she thinks can, demonstrating that the clients wellbeing is her priority. Jo doesn’t just treat the body, she treats the whole person. In my career I have seen a number of health professionals and Jo is the only one I have stuck with, a true find.

I came to see Jo at Refresh Wellness seven years ago with a painful neck from the work I do and bad lower back due to a sports injury. Jo is a very knowledgeable professional & she also noticed other related issues. The service I have received over 7 years has been invaluable as I am now pain free and thanks to helpful explanations I've have made changes to protect my body. I make sure I have regular massages and carry out the exercises tailored to me. I cannot recommend Refresh Wellness highly enough.

I have suffered with tennis elbow for some time and couldn’t get rid of it , however, saw Jo and she worked on my elbow and gave me some exercises and it has now gone , amazing.
Jo is a brilliant therapist and I couldn’t function without her!! I cannot recommend her enough .
