Professional and care, with superior service from both Adam and Calum had overcome significant pain and soreness in my knee and hip.,giving me normal pain free mobility after being diagnosed with arthritis in knee and hip. I broke my knee cap and had it wired back together. Almost a year later I saw Gina as I needed to get some strength back into my knee/leg to walk up Machu.Picchu She assessed my situation and assured me I would be able to achieve my goal. She showed me how to do various exercises in the on site gym and then she sent me the exercises on my computer so I could practise at home . She also gave me some exercises to do at my local gym. I had appointments once a week and true to her word my knee/leg was fit enough about 6 weeks later. I would never have reached the level of fitness without Gina's help and encouragement and her sense of humour just added to a great experience. I would highly recommend Gina.
