Very poor and very unprofessional service. Always short staff, can't cater customer needs. Staff member called my child naughty! For making us wait for 25 mins in totel. Shelves aren't safe for children and babies who can assess glass bottles. Something needs to be done about this. I hear a lot of complaints about this service.

Whilst it took a little while to be served, I was very pleased with the overall service. I’ve been struggling to get my son’s medication from other pharmacies and when I got here I wasn’t holding much hope in them having it. At first the gentleman behind the counter (who was very polite and helpful), said they may not have it but could order it to arrive in the morning but when I said I’d struggle to get back for it he went to check and found some. Other pharmacies closer to my home all just said no sorry and left it at that. No offer to order it in or anything! I’ll definitely be returning!

I came here after 6 other chemists didnt have my sons adhd meds, I can not explain how much the chemist (Ali) went above and beyond to get this medication for me! He managed to source the medication from another town which he personally collected and brought back the next day for me to collect! The staff are very friendly too! I have zero complaints and would recommend everyone goes here! Always nice to support small businesses too ? 10/10 Carla.

Always so helpful and never had any issues with getting my son’s prescription unlike other chemists I’ve been to! Visited recently whilst the pharmacy is moving across the road but that didn’t stop the service Simah and Ali provided! They couldn’t do enough to make sure I had what I needed before Christmas, honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The pharmacist Ali went out of his way to get my father's diabetic medication 8pm at night on a Saturday, went above amd beyond to help, massively appreciate it. Also a very well stocked pharmacy for any over the counter medication and the other staff were very friendly and approachable to everyone who came in. 11/10 for this pharmacy!

Absolutely fantastic service. Called in this evening on the off chance they could help me with a difficult problem. I got to the door as they didn't think they could help when I was called back and the pharmacist had overheard the conversation and solved the problem. Thank you so much to the team. Best customer service I have seen for a while.

If you're willing to wait then it's a good pharmacy. There's a recent take over underway and ultimately it's very chaotic often with prescription medicines not being fulfilled or no medicines available.
The staff are very pleasant and work hard.

Very supportive staff going out of his way to sort out my medication there and then, during the process of a busy time of moving buildings the prescription was at the other building however he got them ready for me as I did not have any medication for the day I am very grateful ?
