Wow what can I say, Aaron at 360 is amazing, he listens to all the issues and then navigates his way to the issue with a combination of technics he keeps me able to train keeps me mobile whilst supporting me through my injuries. Thank you, you are a blessing . I highly recommended Aaron gets to the route cause of the problem. Thank you Aaron for everything , Aaron also works with my daughter and sons too as they do alot of sport he is fantastic.

Aaron has been amazing. Trapped a nerve in my neck and was unable to do basic movements and the pain was nothing like I’d ever experienced before. Doctor was happy to provide pain killers but physio would be at least a 6 months wait so I contacted Aaron at 360! He got me in within a few days and was able to immediately help with the issue. It’s been a journey but after a few weeks real progress was being made with my pain levels and movement. Aaron is always professional and knowledgeable.
His facility is clean, calming and friendly.
I have now been visiting weekly for the last 6 weeks and have full movement back and the pain is manageable. I would not be in this position if I had not visited Aaron and I shall continue to visit him. I highly recommend for any osteopathic need.

Just had my first session with Aaron after injuring my back whilst on Holiday.

Aaron was very thorough, asking many questions prior to beginning treatment. This made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands and that he had a full understanding of the issues I was experiencing.

The treatment (whilst slightly uncomfortable) was completed and I have literally come away with little pain at all and feel 100% better.

I will definitely book again for other areas that require treatment and would totally recommend to all - 10/10.

After 5 years of trying to find the right person to help me, I was recommended to go to Aaron. I was resigned to having major cervical spine surgery but with Aaron’s help I know this is now not required.
He helped me to understand the real source of my neck and shoulder pain and with massage, acupuncture and exercises at home, am well on the road to recovery.
Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and excellent at what he does.

When I first visited Aaron he was very welcoming. He went through a thorough consultation with me over my
Problem areas and listening to my needs with having extremely high sensitive skin. I have been to other practices and felt like after treatment I was going back all the time with the same problem where as with Aaron he has kept my
Main problem away that I’ve struggled with for years. Giving advise on exercises and stretches to strengthen my problem areas. I haven’t had a migraine in over 6 months which I was getting weekly. I see Aaron once a month now and he adjusts me where needed. When having medical problems Aaron has helped get my
Mobility back to normal. He is professional and caring in his work. Checking in on me after medical results have come back etc. I trust him 100% and am grateful for all of his help over the last 8 months. I would highly recommended him to my friend and family.

I highly recommend Aaron at 360 Injury Clinic. Friendly and professional. I have a reoccurring shoulder injury from a competition dislocation some years ago. I have tried many physios and therapist in the past but the problem persists. Now, l finally feel that Aaron has got to the route of the problem. After several treatments I am making good progress. The slow and steady build up through the exercise regime Aaron has given feels like permanent fix! Well done Aaron.
