I've had a bad time with the Perimenopause which has caused a wide range of challenging physical and mental health issues. The surgery has been very supportive with lots of information, regular check-ups and a range of medication options to try. I'm very pleased with the level of care I've received over the past 18 months.

Absolutely time wasting. You can’t call and book appointment, silly app which asked you what do you think should be done, am I doctor? If I know I will not call to the GP. What we paying for?

Have been trying for 2 weeks to be seen by a doctor in Weston super Mare after a not resolved urinary tract infection caught in India on the 20th of November.
Unfortunately so far there’s no availability, and my issue seems serious and not improving after 2 weeks of antibiotics.
It’s really frustrating, as I am unwell, and if things will get worse I will ask my lawyer to deal with this case.

Awful surgery they falsify written prescriptions on patient access they don’t keep you informed of blood tests you need and when you produce a recent full blood test from another department in hospital they don’t acknowledge the results and whether you need another so you can plan anything for that day wasting that day they don’t give you pain medication to cover the prescribed doses for the month so you have to leave doses out so you have enough for the month so you have days of discomfort all paperwork both on line and at pharmacy shows they say you have been issued enough but the actual prescription held by the pharmacy clearly shows they are prescribed half what they have put on their records which Is fraudulent and when you make a complaint about it they don’t even acknowledge the emailed complaint if I could give no stars I would and if I wasn’t on medication I need every month I’d change gps they are the worst surgery I have ever come across and would not recommend them at all in the end I had to involve a ward sister from a ward I receive treatment for to keep me alive before they actually gave a prescription for what I should have had for the last three years quite disgusting and unprofessional that such an extreme has to be gone to before this “surgery” issue the amount of medication prescribed for the given period what happens to vulnerable people quite worrying and lack of care I would have been sacked from any job if I was as bad as the doctors and admin here

My mother passed away on the 26th Sept 2024, the registrar still has not got the relevant information from the GP to issue a death certificate. This is causing great distress to the family and no-one is taking ownership of the problem. If the is not resolved quickly,the next step will be the media. The registration has had lots of complaints regarding 168.

Waiting for my blood test result that was taken nearly a week ago and Drs can't find it. Passed me to the hospital even though the blood test was taken at the doctors I can go abroad and get a blood test the same day but it seems to take a week for people being monitored with cancer in the UK. Absolutely appalling

Under pressure, this surgery is really good, some of the receptionists are stereotypical gatekeepers , who should perhaps be kinder. Dr Katie Wight has been unwaveringly kind and responsive in a difficult situation I found myself in. A brilliant, patient Doctor. Thank you!

Great service for my son yesterday. Signposted and seen at pharmacy and prescription. All within 2 hours. And at such a busy time of year. Very grateful 🙏
